1. Who is responsible?

axessia.eu is a service of Point2Create BV, Energieweg 1, 3133 EB Vlaardingen, Netherlands, Trade Register 63324547. For all privacy questions, you can contact us at office@axessia.eu.

2. What data do we process?

For an account: your name, email address, company name, VAT number and billing details. For the quick-scan: your answers and, if you provide it, your email address. When visiting the site: anonymised visit statistics.

We do not record data about which AI systems you use beyond what you yourself enter in the quick-scan, and we do not sell data to third parties.

3. Why and for how long?

We process account data to provide and invoice the service; we retain invoices for seven years because tax law requires it. Quick-scan answers we retain until you ask us to delete them.

4. Your rights

You can view, correct, delete or export your data. You don't even have to ask us: via Settings → Download all your data you get everything we have about you as a ZIP file with one click. If you prefer to send us a message, we will respond within thirty days. If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.

5. Cookies

Functional cookies for login and security are always on. We place statistics cookies only after your consent, and you can refuse them without the site working any less.
